Now more than ever online reviews play a significant role in the success of your business. Reviews have the potential to make or break your business depending on how you manage them.
A survey conducted by Brightlocal on 1,031 consumers in October 2017 found that “93% of consumers read local reviews to decide if a business is good or not,” and “87% of consumers say a business needs 3-5 stars before they will use them.” This goes to show just how essential it is to manage your reviews properly.
If you play your cards wisely you can use reviews not only to show consumers you’re worth doing business with, but prove to consumers why your business is the one they should be going to. In fact, the same survey found that “68% of consumers said that positive reviews made them more likely to use a business.”
By boosting your business’s positive reviews customers will begin to go out of their way to do business with you!
